Cindy Lawer

Cindy Lawer is a Business Excellence Manager at a medical devices manufacturing company, actively participating in the Digital Transformation and Change Management Program from RISE 2.0 by BCG-U. They hold a Lean Green Belt Certification and have led various productivity improvement projects focused on process and system automation. Previously, Cindy worked as a Process Engineer specializing in Wet Cleaning and Wet Etching processes, where they successfully executed a cost reduction project that saved approximately US$200,000 annually. Cindy has a Bachelor degree (with Honors) in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and enjoys practicing yoga and exploring self-improvement content in their spare time.
