In this role, Doug has successfully led business development funnels across various segments and managed teams of 10-15 Business Development Managers, contributing significantly to top-line revenue growth for international customers through collaboration with cross-functional teams globally. Prior to this, Doug worked as an Industrial Engineer at Athey Products from November 1995 to May 1996, focusing on production improvements and efficiencies at the Wake Forest Factory. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University and completed the Executive Development Program in Business Administration and Management at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2013.
