DurgaCharan K possesses extensive experience in software development and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as RPA Lead Developer at Flex since August 2018, DurgaCharan previously held the position of Team Lead at Accenture from May 2015 and Project Lead at KGFSL from April 2008 to April 2015. Early career experience includes a role as Software Engineer at Triad Software Pvt. Ltd. from March 2006 to March 2008. Academically, DurgaCharan earned a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from VLB Janaki Ammal College of Engineering and Technology between 2000 and 2005, following a Higher Secondary School diploma in Computer Science from Vasavi Vidyalaya from 1987 to 2000.
