Elik Bar is currently the Operation Engineering Director at Flex, a position held since 2010. Prior to this role, Elik served as an Operations Manager at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services from 2004 to 2010 and as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Israel Defense Forces from 1994 to 2000, where they were a Battalion Commander. Elik holds a Master’s degree in Statistics and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Haifa, obtained between 2000 and 2006.
