Florina Winter

Florina Winter has extensive experience in engineering and design, currently serving as Vice President of Design & Engineering and Vice President of Global Operations Mechanical Engineering at Flex since May 2014. Prior to this role, Florina Winter spent over two decades at Procter & Gamble in various leadership positions, including R&D Section Head for Asia and Site Leader at the Asia Technology Center in Shanghai. Earlier career positions included roles as an Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer at VDO Adolph Schindling AG and a Tutor for Mathematics at Fachhochschule Frankfurt am Main. Florina Winter holds a Diplom - Ingenieur degree, equivalent to a Master’s Degree in Mechatronics Design and Optics from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
