Frank Wei

Frank Wei is the Director of Advanced Engineering at Flex, where they lead initiatives in high-efficiency power system design. With extensive experience in power semiconductor technologies, including SiC and GaN devices, Frank has previously held positions at companies such as Wolfspeed and Emerson Network Power, focusing on power applications and design engineering. Frank earned a Master's degree in Power Electronics from South China University of Technology and has contributed to the development of advanced energy systems for electric vehicles, energy storage, and solar power.
