Griselda Reyes

Griselda Reyes is an experienced and talented Senior HR Leader currently serving as the Sr Director of Americas HR Global Business Services at Flex since 2009, where they manage HR processes for over 15 legal entities across multiple countries. Previously, Griselda held roles including Human Resources Director and Mexico Employee Relations Manager, where they implemented business strategies and mitigated legal risks. Griselda's expertise includes HR analytics, talent acquisition, and employee relations, demonstrating a strong ability to operate within multicultural environments. Additionally, Griselda is pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey while also working towards a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de Guadalajara.
