Guillermo Rivera

Guillermo Rivera is currently the Sr Director of Commodity Management Mechanical at Flex, where they develop strategic plans and policies to enhance supplier relationships and ensure consistent supply. With a background in Electronics Engineering from Universidad del Valle de Atemajac, Guillermo has held various leadership positions within Flex, including Director of Material Quotations and Manager of Material Quotations for the Americas Region. They have expertise in supply chain management, production scheduling, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, contributing to significant operational savings and efficiency improvements. Previously, Guillermo also worked as a Scheduling Manager at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.
