Jack Yeh

Jack Yeh is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and materials science, currently serving as the Manager of Failure Analysis Engineering at Flex since February 2022. With a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, obtained in 1996, Jack has accumulated extensive experience across various organizations, including roles as a Research Associate at Stevens Institute of Technology, Engineering Manager at Aehr Test Systems, and Asia Pacific Program Manager & Sr. Characterization Engineer at NEOCONIX, INC. Additionally, Jack has held positions with the US Army Research Laboratory, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, and the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), along with a successful tenure as an Independent Consultant focusing on materials, process, and device characterizations.
