Jan Riedel

Jan Riedel, PhD, is the Vice President of Power Electronics at Flex, where they focus on automotive applications through product development, leadership, and customer engagement. Jan has over eight years of experience in the conceptualization, design, and industrialization of power electronics, including inverter drives and DC/DC chargers. They have contributed to global OEM acquisitions as a product architect and hold several IEEE journal publications and patents in the field of power electronics. Jan's international work experience spans across the USA, China, and ASEAN. They earned their PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from RMIT University, following a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree at RWTH Aachen University.
