Jane Qi

Jane Qi has extensive experience in human resources and project management, currently serving as Director of HR Global Business Services at Flex since April 2007. In this role, Jane has been instrumental in establishing the Shared Services Center, overseeing project management, team building, and daily operations while supporting over 30 locations across China and Northeast Asia. Prior to this, Jane worked as Program Manager at Foxconn Global Services Division from August 2001 to March 2007, where responsibilities included managing Acer Asia Pacific service projects and enhancing customer relationships. Earlier in Jane's career, from July 1992 to January 2001, Jane was a Trainer at Ji Lin Petroleum Group Company, delivering lectures to employees preparing for overseas assignments. Jane holds a Master's degree in Industry and Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Dalian University of Technology.
