Janos Lang

Janos Lang is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Vice President Operations at Flex since June 1996. In this capacity, Janos oversees EMEA Industrial Business Unit Operations, focusing on commercial, operational, and resource management. Previously, Janos held multiple vice presidential roles, contributing to global strategies such as the Global Best Practice Program and the Global Digitizations Program, while also managing manufacturing operations at Flex Poland and overseeing strategic activities between Europe and the Americas. Janos's career began at General Motors, where responsibilities included engineering and manufacturing development. Janos holds an Executive degree in Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Legal Certified Engineer degree from the University of Pécs. Additionally, Janos has an Informatics Engineer degree from Gábor Dénes Technical College.
