Jeff Harbove

Jeff Harbove is currently the Director, HR Business Partner at Flex, where they lead an onsite HR team supporting 1,400 employees at the Customer Innovation Center. Previously, Jeff held various leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Applied Materials and Global Human Resources Business Partner at Analog Devices, where they partnered with senior leadership across significant business units. Jeff also served as Division Human Resources Manager at Teradyne in both the US and the UK, and as Director, HR Business Partner at Maxar Technologies, transforming a major subsidiary. In addition to their extensive industry experience, Jeff is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Central Texas and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
