John Harrington, PSM, is an Engineering Program Manager and Technical Manager with over a decade of customer-facing experience. They previously served as a Senior Engineering Program Manager at Flex, leading global cross-functional teams in the development and testing of specialized hardware products. Harrington has also worked as an Acoustical Development Engineer, where they managed worldwide teams for Fortune 100 and 500 product development. As the Owner and Engineering Manager of ASQ Laboratory, they successfully established a startup focused on noise, vibration, and thermal engineering services. John is currently pursuing degrees in Information Technology and Meteorology at the University of Phoenix and the University of Oklahoma, respectively.
