Karthik K is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in project and program management within the electronics and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Global Account Management at Flex, Karthik is responsible for overseeing complex projects and programs from conception to completion. Previously, Karthik held roles at Foxconn and Lite-On, where responsibilities included managing production ramp-ups, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Karthik holds an MBA in Project Management from Alagappa University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Anna University.
