Leonard Brisan has extensive experience in the electronics and telecommunications field, starting as a Test Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent from February 2005 to November 2006, where responsibilities included software testing on the BSS platform, writing tests, creating Functional Requirements, and participating in test strategy development. Since November 2006, Leonard has held two roles at Flex: first as a NPI Test Engineer and currently as an NPI/Prototyping AXI Engineer since September 2012, focusing on programming for AXI and AOI machines, yield tracking, and providing feedback for production process improvements. Leonard holds a degree in Applied Electronics and Industrial Robotics as well as a degree in Electronics Engineering from the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications, Timisoara, completed from 1993 to 1998.
