Luis Suarez is a General Manager at Flex, where they serve as a change agent focused on quality and corporate productivity. With a robust background in quality management and continuous improvement, Luis has held various leadership positions, including Director of Quality Engineering and Sr. Operations Director at Flex. Prior to this, they spent over two decades as Quality & Lean Manager at Sanmina, developing methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency while reducing waste. Luis earned a Master's degree in Quality Control & Productivity from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente, A.C. in 2010.
