Maheswaran Pillai is a seasoned professional with 30 years of leadership experience in IT Operations, Functional Support, Customer Service, and Service Governance. They have held key roles at prominent companies such as North Malaya Paper Mills, Agate Technologies, and Solectron Technology. Currently, Maheswaran continues to serve as Director of Information Technology at Flextronics, where they lead global IT Service Desk and Governance teams, emphasizing operational excellence through innovation and LEAN methodologies. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and an MBA from Multimedia University, complemented by a Diploma in Computer Studies.
