Marco Koester

Marco Koester is currently the VP HR Global Manufacturing and VP HR EMEA, overseeing HR operations for a global workforce of 120,000 employees across multiple regions. Previously, they held positions such as Senior Director HR for a diverse manufacturing organization and Global HR Business Partner at Johnson Controls, where they developed HR strategies to support business objectives in over 40 countries. Marco began their career in HR management at Lufthansa and has also served as VP HR EMEA at Flex. They are presently pursuing master's degrees in Sociology and Human Resource Management.
