Mary Chandler is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within Flex and Solectron. Serving as the Financial Director at Flex since 2007, Mary leads finance operations for logistics sites in the Americas and collaborates with senior leadership to enhance financial strategy and operational metrics. Previous roles include Senior Controller, where Mary supported various operations and drove process improvements, as well as FP&A and Project Manager at Solectron, where significant cost-saving initiatives were achieved. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix and has participated in multiple finance-focused training programs aimed at strategic development and process enhancements.
