Mat Nasir Saat

Mat Nasir Saat is currently a Line Manager at Jabil, overseeing SMT to Back End Assembly production operations while ensuring customer deliverables and quality standards are met. They lead a team consisting of an Assistant Manager, 12 Supervisors, 8 Engineers, and over 700 Manufacturing Operators, driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing complex operations. Previously, Mat served as an Operations Manager at Flex since 2018 and earned a Diploma of Education in Manufacturing Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2015.
