Matthew Andrews

Matthew Andrews is the Senior Strategic Supply Chain Manager at Flex Power Solutions, where they work with global manufacturers and manage a team to mitigate shortages and expand margins for key customer accounts. Previously, they have held various roles in supply chain management, including Strategic Supply Chain Manager and Operational Excellence Intern, and have contributed to significant cost reduction initiatives. Matthew earned an MBA with a focus on Supply Chain Management and Strategic Leadership from Penn State Smeal College of Business and holds a BA in International Relations from the State University of New York at Geneseo. They have also gained valuable experience through internships in different sectors, including human rights, government, and international business.
