Michael O'Connell

Michael O'Connell is a Mechanical Design Engineering Manager at Flex, where they lead a team of engineers in developing innovative products through custom tooling and dimensional analysis. With over 15 years of experience in product design, Michael previously held various roles at PACCAR, including Technical Training Manager and Senior Design Engineer, focusing on commercial truck component design. They also worked at FlowBelow Aero, Inc., where they managed an engineering team and collaborated with OEM customers on product development. Michael earned a BS in Industrial Technology with a focus on Vehicle Design from Western Washington University.
