Michelle K. is a corporate and marketing communications professional with extensive experience in internal and external communications. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Integrated Communications at Flex, Michelle collaborates with business leaders to implement communications programs that drive growth and enhance company culture. Previously, Michelle held leadership roles at Avnet, where they developed executive communications, and at Intel Corporation, where they managed employee engagement strategies. Michelle’s career began at JDA Software, where they built a marketing and communications program from the ground up. Michelle is currently pursuing education at Stephen F. Austin State University.
