Mike Gao is a seasoned professional in tooling, Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), and project management, with over 10 years of experience in people and technical management. Currently serving as the Supplier Quality Engineering Manager at Flex, Mike is responsible for managing supplier quality throughout the project life cycle and ensuring the production of high-quality mechanical parts. Prior to this role, Mike held positions including Tooling Shop Director at 中山茂铎模具制品有限公司 and Moldshop Supervisor at Philips ZH, where they oversaw tooling development and production management. Mike earned a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from China University of Mining and Technology and is certified with a Six Sigma Green Belt.
