Mike Guidry is a seasoned General Manager currently leading operations at Flex, overseeing the NPI PCBA, Consumer Desktop Computer, Electronics Recycling, and Aftermarket Electronics factory since 2022. Previously, from 2004 to 2006, Mike served as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Flex, where they established the engineering department and implemented various production processes. Throughout their career at Flex, Mike has held several key roles, including General Manager of a high-volume medical device manufacturing site, Operations Manager, and Senior Director of Operations for the Americas region. Mike has a commitment to operational excellence, utilizing LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Currently, they are pursuing education at Alvin Community College.
