Mike Osterhoff

Mike Osterhoff is the Senior Director of Business Development at Flex, having previously held key roles at Magna International and Solectron. They began their career as a Senior Product Engineer at General Motors from 1984 to 1994, later transitioning to Magna International as a Program Manager from 1997 to 2002. Mike spent several years at Solectron, where they served as Program Engineering Manager from 2002 to 2007, before continuing their journey at Flextronics as Business Development Director from 2008 to 2010, overseeing global responsibilities for the Ford Account. They earned their degree from Kettering University between 1979 and 1984.
