Mircea Damian is a highly motivated and ambitious professional with a diverse background in finance and engineering. Born in Romania and having grown up in Italy, Mircea has been shaped by experiences in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. They served as a Finance & Controlling Business Partner at Bosch from 2021 to 2023 and currently hold the position of Director of Global Account Management & Finance at Flex. Mircea has also contributed to vehicle engineering research and development at Toyota Motor Europe and holds a Master’s degree in Vehicle Engineering from Technische Universiteit Delft, earned with honors.
