Mogan Dass Thangavalu

Mogan Dass Thangavalu is a Business Unit and Sustainability Lead at Flex, bringing over 20 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) sector. Mogan has held various lead roles in operations, program and project management, and quality across multiple organizations, including Solectron and BCM Electronics. Mogan successfully managed to develop sustainability strategies and oversee business development for over 25 OEM and ODM customers from diverse industries. With a strong focus on quality management, Mogan has implemented zero-defect production systems and holds several certifications, including PMP and ISO standards. Mogan earned an MBA from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and a B.Sc. Hons from University Malaya.
