Nayana Martin

Nayana Martin is a seasoned professional in talent management and learning and development, currently serving as a Global Talent Management & Development Strategist at Flex since September 2025. Previously, Nayana held various leadership roles at Aditi Consulting, including Director and Associate Director of Global Learning & Development from August 2022 to August 2025. Nayana's extensive experience also includes over a decade at Careernet, where positions ranged from Senior Manager to Content Developer in Learning & Development. Early career experiences include a role as a Senior Content Developer at SANS ADDS and as a Counseling Practitioner at an NGO. Nayana's educational background includes an MSc in Psychology from the University of Madras, a BA from Bangalore University, a PGD in Instructional Design from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, and a recent Diploma in NLP from NLP Coaching Academy.
