Parimalam Rethinasamy

Parimalam Rethinasamy is a General Manager at Flex, currently overseeing operations at the Penang facility, which specializes in manufacturing Class 3 medical devices. With nearly 28 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) and semiconductor wafer fabrication, Parimalam has held multiple leadership roles, including Regional Engineering Director and Director of Site Central Engineering. A graduate from Universiti Sains Malaysia with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Chemistry, Parimalam is recognized for being dynamic and results-oriented, with a strong foundation in analytics and interpersonal relationships.
