Paul Baldassari

Paul Baldassari is Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Flex, the manufacturing partner of choice that helps a diverse customer base design and build products to improve the world.

In close partnership with Flex’s business segments, Mr. Baldassari leads operations globally, serving customers across various industries and end-markets with advanced manufacturing solutions. Along with Flex’s strong workforce spanning 30 countries, he is responsible for driving the global operational strategy, maximizing leverage of Flex’s worldwide footprint, driving manufacturing technology innovation, and managing responsible, sustainable manufacturing and logistics services.

In his 22 years with Flex, Mr. Baldassari has held multiple executive leadership roles. Most recently he was Executive Vice President of Strategic Programs and Asset Management. Prior to that he was the Chief Human Resources Officer. He also held various positions in IT, project and program management, operations and company-wide lean and Six Sigma initiatives.

Before joining Flex, Mr. Baldassari was an Enterprise Resource Planning consultant at Origin, managing various implementation projects for international companies.

Mr. Baldassari holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and a doctoral degree in business administration from the Vienna University of Economics.
