Paweł Olszewski

Paweł Olszewski is a Tooling Stamping Engineer with extensive experience in engineering and project management. From 2020 to 2024, they served as the Engineering Department Manager at Flex, where they led a team, developed strategies, and ensured project compliance. Prior to that, they held roles as a Process Engineering Manager and Tooling Stamping Engineer, where they focused on process optimization and coordination of tooling transfers. Paweł also worked as a Civil Engineer at Skanska, overseeing various construction projects. They hold a degree in Construction Engineering and completed a postgraduate program in Project Management at Politechnika Gdańska.
