Perry Guo

Perry Guo is an experienced financial professional with over two decades of expertise in finance operations. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Flex since July 2001, Perry leads a team responsible for managing finance operations, including month-end closing, accounting, reporting, forecasting, planning, and internal controls for Building 15. Previous roles at Flex include Finance Manager, where Perry oversaw a large financial team and implemented key procedures to enhance financial processes and compliance. Through various positions, Perry has demonstrated a strong ability in financial analysis, forecasting, and improvements in processes, such as reducing forecast lead time and enhancing inventory accuracy. Perry holds an MBA from the University of Wales and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Henan University of Finance and Economics.
