Pinz Chen

Pinz Chen is currently the Asia Regional Six Sigma Leader at 伟创力, where they focus on Lean and Six Sigma deployment across the region. Previously, they held various roles including Business Excellence Leader at Flextronics Enclosure Zhuhai, where they organized Kaizen workshops and conducted Lean training. Pinz has extensive experience in production management, having worked as an Assembly Supervisor and Line Leader in multiple companies. They also served as an卓越运营经理 at 东莞新能源科技有限公司 and as a Lean Six Sigma高级经理 at 领益智造, overseeing Lean Six Sigma initiatives throughout group companies. Pinz holds an undergraduate degree in Chinese Language & Literature from SUN YAT-SEN University.
