Rafay Siddiqui

Rafay Siddiqui, CSCP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Supply Chain Management at Flex, beginning in October 2024. Rafay is also a Co-Founder of Queb Technologies, which focuses on financial inclusion for the unbanked population. Previously, Rafay held key positions including Director of Supply Chain and Digital Transformation at Crown Technical Systems, and Senior Business Consultant roles at multiple organizations like Loblaw Companies Limited, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Holt Renfrew, where significant contributions were made to customer loyalty programs and data integration initiatives. Early experience includes roles at James Hardie Building Products in various capacities related to SAP implementation and production planning. Rafay's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Decision Science from Cal State Fullerton, an Executive Education from Northwestern University, and numerous certifications in supply chain management.
