Rahul Newasekar

Rahul Newasekar is currently the Program Director for Simplify Business Operations at Juniper Networks, where they focus on driving excellence through lean transformation. Previously, they served as the Director of Business Excellence and TQM at Flex, leading initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings and improved customer satisfaction. With extensive experience in process engineering at Anaren Microwave, Inc., they have successfully implemented lean practices and continuous improvement projects across various manufacturing operations. Rahul holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing System Integration at Rochester Institute of Technology.
