Raphael Mendes possesses extensive experience in operational leadership and supply chain management, currently serving as General Manager at Flex since April 2016. In this role, Raphael oversees all site operations, ensuring production performance, cost efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction while aligning with Flex's global strategy. Previous experience at Flex includes roles as Business Unit Director and Senior Program Manager, where Raphael led cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and financial performance. Prior to Flex, Raphael held managerial positions at Microsoft and Nokia do Brasil, focusing on sourcing and supplier development across various categories. Raphael began the career as an Import Analyst and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Uninorte.
