Robert Reis

Robert Reis is currently an Engineering Manager at Flex, where they lead a multi-functional department and oversee contract manufacturing projects for consumer and medical products. Previously, Reis served as an Engineering Manager at Rapid Design Group and held various engineering roles at GTE Communication Systems, Methode Electronics, and Motorola Cellular Subscriber Group, contributing to design and development in telecommunications, medical devices, and consumer products. Reis earned a B.S. in Engineering Design from Northern Illinois University, laying a solid foundation for their extensive career in engineering and management.
