Ron F. is a seasoned AI executive with over 15 years of experience in driving digital transformation through advanced analytics and machine learning. Currently, as the Head of AI Strategy at Flex, Ron leads initiatives that embed AI across global operations, resulting in over $400M in business value. Previously, Ron held key positions at Goldman Sachs, Genpact, and IBM, where they implemented AI solutions that significantly enhanced customer experiences and operational efficiency. Ron holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems with a focus on AI from the University of Utah.
