Roni Birov

Roni Birov is currently the Head of Training at Flex since June 2024, following experience as a Training Coordinator at Elbit Systems Israel from July 2023 to June 2024. Previously, Roni served as a Program Director at Hillel International, where responsibilities included developing customized content and managing educational projects. From March 2020 to August 2022, Roni was the Learning Program Manager at the Women's International Zionist Organization (WIZO), focusing on the development of tailored guidance programs and professional support for instructors. Earlier experience includes the role of Training Development and Youth Coordinator at Mevo'ot Hermon Regional Council. Roni Birov holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Technologies from Holon Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Tel-Hai College.
