Sameera Nagahawatte

Sameera Nagahawatte is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in digital transformation and manufacturing automation. Currently serving as Chief Architect for Digital Transformation in MFG Automation & Industry 4.0 at Flex, Sameera has held various leadership positions, including Director of Software Automation and Business Tech Solutions and Program Manager at Cisco Systems, focusing on ERP and MES implementations. Prior experience includes roles in supply chain management at Solectron and process engineering at DEX. Sameera holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from California State University-Dominguez Hills and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from KDU Penang University College, along with multiple technical certifications.
