Sela Shefy is an experienced R&D VP and CTO with a strong background in technology and innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and System Engineer at Flex, Sela previously held roles at Armenta as VP of R&D and at Hi Impact Ltd. as an R&D Physicist and Manager, where they led the development of prototypes for clinical veterinary trials. Sela's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Advanced Materials from Ulm University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from Bar-Ilan University.
