Sissy Zhang

Sissy Zhang is currently the Director of Regional HRBP for HRS at Flex, a role in which they extend HR lead responsibilities across the Asia HRS segment, focusing on automotive and medical sites. Previously, Sissy held the position of Regional HRBP in the automotive sector at Flex, overseeing HR integration during the company's acquisition process. Before joining Flex, they spent eight years at MCi (Mirror Controls International), where they were responsible for a wide range of HR strategies and lead the HR integration during Flex's acquisition of the company. Sissy holds a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's degree in Educational and Developmental Psychology, both from Soochow University in China.
