Sophie Chan

Sophie Chan is currently the Director of Quality Engineering at Flex, a position held since 2020, where they focus on enhancing supplier quality across the APAC region. Prior to this role, Sophie gained extensive experience in quality assurance, serving as QA Section Head at both Plexus Corp. and St Jude Medical, and as Director of Quality at UTAC. Their earlier career includes roles such as Sr Apex Supplier Performance Management at Honeywell and Assistant Failure Analysis Manager at HGST. Sophie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in production and manufacturing from Universiti Terbuka Wawasan, completed in 2017.
