Stephanie Nila

Stephanie Nila is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and administrative support. Currently serving as HR Support at Flex since August 2023, Stephanie provides assistance in Human Resources and oversees labor-related follow-ups. Previously, at North American Production Sharing, Inc., from May 2021 to August 2023, Stephanie worked as an Indirect Recruitment Assistant, focusing on candidate references and psychometric assessments, alongside recruitment and selection for various positions. From November 2019 to May 2021, Stephanie held the role of Subgerente de servicios at Innovasport, managing administrative operations and supply procurement for the branch. Earlier experience includes serving as Auxiliar de RR. HH. at Caseem Official between February 2018 and November 2019, where responsibilities included direct recruitment and the selection process for various roles. Stephanie obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez, graduating in December 2016.
