Steve Braden

Steve Braden, CPP, is a seasoned security executive with extensive experience in physical security, investigations, and risk management. They currently serve as the Senior Security Leader for Brand Protection, Security, and Resiliency at Flex, where they design and implement risk-based security programs. Previously, Steve held key leadership roles at Capital One and Guardian Life, overseeing enterprise-wide security and ethics programs, and they contributed to the City of Grand Prairie, TX Police Department as a Lieutenant. Steve is a graduate of the FBI’s National Academy and holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Human Resources and Development and a Master's of Banking. They are also an active member and Past President of the Chief Security Officer’s Center for Leadership and Development.
