Steve Ripka is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Program Management at Flex, where they direct a team of Global Program Managers and lead training for automotive launches at multiple manufacturing sites. They co-developed the integration of ISO-26262 ASIL requirements into the development process and are a core team member implementing new PLM applications. Prior to this role, Steve was a Program Engineering Manager at Flextronics, managing teams focused on automotive products, and has extensive experience in supplier quality and manufacturing engineering from their time at Delphi Automotive Systems and Chrysler. Steve holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Kettering University.
