They began their career in manufacturing, spending over six years as a Materials and Production Planner, before moving into program management roles in both Telecom and Networking sectors. At Flextronics, Vijaya advanced from a Senior Engineer in Planning to a Program Manager, and they have consistently driven project operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in their roles. Holding a BBA from Annamalai University, they have achieved significant growth for their teams, implementing innovative business models that have tripled project scale over the last 11 years.
