Wee Song Koo is a Supplier Quality Engineering Manager at Flex, where they lead a team focusing on supplier selection and process optimization. With a strong background in quality management and project management, Wee has worked across several multinational corporations, including Flextronics and Venture Corporation Limited, primarily in the consumer electronics, medical, and automotive sectors. They possess extensive experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and have successfully launched numerous products while improving processes and quality metrics.
